Batter Buckets is chalked full of the best ingredients. All eggs are from gmo/corn free fed chickens right there on the property, who free range fresh green acreage most of their day. To substituting white sugar and brown sugar with honey granules and sucanat. All batters unless requested otherwise are made with  fresh milled grain that morning like soft white, hard red, kamut, einkorn, Ezekiel to name a few!

Freshly milled flour is generally considered to be more nutritious than commercially milled flour because it preserves more of the grain's natural nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, and fiber. This is because commercial milling often removes parts of the grain (like the bran and germ) that contain these essential nutrients. Freshly milled flour also tends to have a better flavor profile. 

Here at batter buckets we make all our favorite muffin batters like banana chocolate chip, chocolate chip zucchini, cranberry orange, blueberry, and many more.

These muffin batters are easy to take home, store in the freezer for weeks, or bake them all off in one sitting or to bake them fresh daily throughout the week. The muffin batters can be poured into jumbo, regular, or mini muffin pans or into a bread loaf. 

 
Knowing that you are fueling your kids or family with good energy for breakfast and snacks throughout the day makes everyone’s life happier and healthier. On special requests we can boost the protein and fiber by adding in Chia seeds, hemp seeds, and or flax seed to any muffin batter. 

All batters can be made dairy free .

Batter Buckets is part of Sunnyside Bakery where you can stop by her cottage bakery stand and find classic sourdough artisan loaves along with fun sourdough inclusion breads like cheddar jalapeño bacon gouda, everything bagel , double chocolate– to name a few. Along with sourdough cinnamon rolls and sticky buns and sourdough fudgy brownies and of course her regular chocolate chip cookies.
